Join us to learn how to leverage AI to grow your business while maintaining balance and efficiency!

Entrepreneurs are often expected to do everything: manage clients, create content, follow up with leads, handle operations, track finances, and still find time to think strategically. This workshop introduces entrepreneurs to practical ways they can use AI to reduce manual work, improve productivity, and scale their business without burning out.

Participants will learn how to identify repetitive tasks that can be automated, use AI tools to support content creation and client communication, and begin building simple systems that create more consistency in their business. The session will also connect AI adoption to wellness by helping entrepreneurs think about where they are losing time, energy, and focus and how technology can support healthier, more sustainable growth.

Facilitator Information
Randy Gomez is the Director of MBA NYC and Corporate Learning Partnerships at Berkeley College, where she leads strategic partnerships that connect education, workforce development, and career advancement. In her role, she works closely with employers, community organizations, and professional networks to create pathways that support adult learners, entrepreneurs, and working professionals as they continue building the skills needed for a rapidly changing economy.

Randy is also the founder of Sparx Labs, an emerging technology and AI education platform that helps entrepreneurs and professionals use AI tools to improve productivity, streamline operations, and build more sustainable business systems. Through workshops, consulting, and hands-on training, she supports business owners in adopting practical AI strategies that save time, strengthen visibility, and support growth.

Her work sits at the intersection of higher education, entrepreneurship, partnerships, and emerging technology, with a focus on helping individuals and organizations move from ideas to implementation.
