The annual outing at Roxiticus Golf Club supports NRBP’s 501(c)(3) Renaissance Newark Foundation (RNF). The RNF is dedicated to NRBP’s economic development efforts in the Newark region. Roxiticus Golf Club is available on rare occasions to outside organizations and the chance to play there attracts leadership from the region’s prestigious companies.

This presentation explores the dynamics of intergenerational diversity in the modern workplace. We'll examine the unique perspectives, skills, and communication styles that different generations bring to a team. The session will provide practical strategies for bridging generational divides, fostering mutual respect, and leveraging the power of a multi-generational workforce to drive collaboration, innovation, and success.

Program Facilitator: Dr. Kinna Perry, Rutgers University-Newark
Dr. Kinna Perry is a respected leader and educator with nearly two decades of experience in higher education. With a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Seton Hall University, she has held key leadership positions at institutions including Rutgers University-Newark, New Jersey City University, and Bloomfield College.

Dr. Perry has a proven track record of fostering diverse and collaborative communities. As the Director of the FASN Honors College at Rutgers University-Newark, she developed co-curricular and experiential learning activities that promoted a greater sense of community among students. Her work in recruitment, retention, and special programs has consistently focused on building inclusive environments and creating opportunities for students from various backgrounds to thrive. Dr. Perry's deep expertise in student and academic affairs uniquely positions her to speak on how to bridge divides and cultivate successful intergenerational relationships in any organization.
