Clinton Parker III, Ph.D., serves as Dean and Assistant Professor of the Grant School of Leadership and Business at Pillar College in Newark, New Jersey. He is also the President & C.E.O. of LeaderLift (leadership coaching and development). Dr. Parker completed four years of active duty in the United States Navy with an Honorable Discharge. He is a proven leader with over twenty-five years of high performance in successive leadership roles, from line manager to executive in small and large organizations in various sectors. He is passionate about coaching, leadership development, team building, organizational change, public speaking, and leadership ethics deeply rooted in his Christian faith.
