This annual program offers an in-depth look at market trends, emerging opportunities, and the transformative development projects shaping the region. Jonathan Meisel, Senior Vice President, CBRE will provide the 2025 Real Estate Market Report.

This year’s program highlights development activity driven by Audible and other leading stakeholders in Newark’s Tubman Square neighborhood.
