Join us for "NRBP Engage & Exchange: CEO Updates and Member Forum," a monthly virtual gathering designed to foster communication and collaboration among NRBP members. This event will take place on the last Thursday of each month (unless otherwise indicated).

During this one-hour session, our President and CEO will share important updates about NRBP initiatives, upcoming events, and opportunities for member engagement. Members are encouraged to bring their questions and insights to the forum, creating an interactive environment where everyone can contribute to the conversation.

This month's special guest is Gus Penaranda, FIFA Expert and President & CEO of Evolvere NJ Unity Chamber of Commerce.

For the past three years, Gus has been laser-focused on educating and preparing small businesses to participate in opportunities connected to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, a 3–4 billion-dollar event taking place June 11–July 19, 2026. His work ensures that businesses across New Jersey — beyond the MetLife and Liberty State Park areas — are ready to benefit from the global spotlight.

Gus’s connection to FIFA began with his father, who was a professional soccer player in Peru, and continued through his leadership as former President of the International Gay & Lesbian Futbol Association (IGLFA), where he helped organize inclusive soccer tournaments worldwide. When IGLFA earned third place in the inaugural FIFA Diversity Award, Gus built lasting partnerships that continue today. He later brought FIFA’s No Discrimination initiative to New Jersey at William Paterson University and is now collaborating to bring the program to Newark in 2026.

These achievements have been made possible through strong partnerships with the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Latina Surge, and Juego Juegos. Among his most recognized efforts are the Countdown to the World Cup events at American Dream, which have showcased the readiness of New Jersey’s business community to host the world.

In this engaging, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to effectively and efficiently use generative AI by writing prompts that deliver results for research, brainstorming, or the assistant you wish you had.

Whether you write reports, design visuals, lead teams, or just want to work smarter, you’ll walk away with practical strategies you can use immediately. Learn how to turn AI from a buzzword into your personal productivity partner — helping you save time, spark creativity, and communicate with clarity and confidence.

Because in today’s world, knowing how to talk to AI is quickly becoming as important as knowing how to talk to people.

ChatGPT will be used, a pro account is helpful, but not required.

With 20+ years of experience in CRM, CX, and engagement strategy, she has led marketing and advertising transformation efforts across Fortune 500 and nonprofit sectors, spanning industries from healthcare to consumer electronics. Today, Tiffini specializes in generative AI adoption, workforce enablement, and cultural fluency—guiding teams to integrate technology in ways that preserve empathy and deepen customer connection.

She holds certifications in Prompt Engineering for ChatGPT (Vanderbilt) and Leading Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (Northwestern). A recognized thought leader, Tiffini has created proprietary frameworks that fuse digital innovation with inclusive design, ensuring that AI-powered transformation delivers both business impact and meaningful human outcomes.
