Schein Media/New Jersey & Company announce that they are presenting their first annual Newark real estate conference, featuring Newark Mayor, Cory Booker. The conference will bring together many of the leaders in the real estate, finance, legal and governmental communities in an open forum that promises to be a terrific half-day of insights, conversation and industry-wide networking. The conference will focus on the dramatic changes occurring in the City of Newark thanks to Mayor Booker.

In just one year since taking office, Mayor Booker has implemented new initiatives including a new land use element to its master plan to aid in the creation of new residential and commerical developments as well as proposed entertainment, cultural, sports, and park facilities.
