The topic is DAMAGES: The Real Estate Litigation Show. Speakers are Marc C. Singer, Esq., Saiber LLC and Richard Hollowell, Managing Director Restructuring, Litigation and Transactional Services, CohnReznick.

Commercial real estate litigation, especially with allegations of fraud and misrepresentation, casts a wide net of liability over suspecting and unsuspecting parties. Whether the parties are landlords and tenants involved in lease disputes, investors in a project that goes bad or business parties in real estate ventures affected by economic difficulties, all must consider the nature and extent of the damages they suffered, how to recover them and the costs in doing so. This seminar focuses on the law and litigation process in recovering damages, the type of damages available, and how they are proven and recovered. If  you are involved in lending, marketing, leasing, purchasing, developing or investing in commercial real estate, or have business dealings affected by those who do, you should not miss the forum.
