Event Description: You will be among a select group of NRBP members to interact with the congressman who serves on the House of Representatives Committee on Small Business and Committee on Homeland Security (Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on Emergency Preparedness, Response, and Communications). Congressman Payne is particularly interested in listening to the concerns of employers in his district. Congressman Payne, Jr., was first elected to Congress in November 2012 in both a special election and general election following the untimely death of his father, respected former Congressman Donald M. Payne, Sr., who represented New Jersey’s 10th District for twenty-three years.
