Event Description:
February 21st from 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. is your chance to get informed about the recent tax laws and how they impact you and your business while you make important connections with fellow NRBP members.

Be sure to sign up for this breakfast program featuring Anthony DiGiancinto, EisnerAmper LLP; Alan Kornstein and David Ludgin of McCarter & English LLP.

Participants will become knowledgeable and be able to discuss the aftermath of the fiscal cliff legislation on the following:

• Tax Rates (ordinary income and capital gains)
• New 3.8% tax on net investment income
• Estate Planning
• Alternative Minimum Tax
• Extenders
• Depreciation
• Business
• Energy Credit

CPE credits will be available. Suggested Number and Category of CPE Credits: 1.5 credits. NY/NJ CLE credits pending.
