Event Description:
Leaders in the real estate industry are pointing to the urban centers as the place where activity is starting to heat up, spurred by a younger generation that is gravitating more than ever to these vibrant surroundings instead of the suburbs. The Urban Transit Hub Tax Credit and other incentives have bolstered the desirability and closed funding gaps, making projects possible. The program will begin with a market update by James Schroeder, Studley and keynote remarks by Caren Franzini, NJEDA and Jeffrey Schotz, SJP Properties.

This year’s panel will talk about the projects that are underway and contemplated for Newark and will also point to other NJ urban centers where the action is. Panelists include Frank Giantomasi, Genova, Burns & Giantomasi; Kate Coburn; HR&A Advisors, Inc.; Jon Meisel, Jones Lang LaSalle; Lyneir Richardson, Brick City Development Corporation; and Rob Clark, Tucker Development Corporation.

Reserved Partner Table of 10 with program acknowledgement is $750 for NRBP members, $950 for non-members. Individual registration is $60 for NRBP members ($95 for non-members) if paid and received by February 28. All attendees add $10 after February 28.
