Event Description:

Since the official groundbreaking in February of the Teachers Village Project, RBH Group has moved quickly to commence construction of three new charter schools and a daycare center along Halsey Street south of Market Street. Construction of the first phase of the 123-unit residential project has also begun and will open in Fall, 2013.

At this Newark Insiders Forum, Ron Beit, Founding Partner and CEO of RBH Group, will discuss the status of the Teachers Village project construction and participate in Q&A with NRBP members interested in the future of this new neighborhood in downtown Newark. Lyneir Richardson, CEO of Brick City Development Corporation, will offer opening remarks, citing the importance of this project as part of the City’s overall downtown revitalization.

NRBP members $30 (non-members-$70) before November 26. After November 26 all attendees add $10.
