New Life for Distressed Properties

Newark has been particularly hard hit by the debt crisis with foreclosures in the commercial and residential sectors. How long will it last? Are there potential solutions? Speakers will discuss the present state of foreclosures as well as successful remedies that include buying debt at a discount, working with the original borrower, and ensuring that partially finished projects get completed and emerge in the black.
