Event Description:
On Friday, September 30 from 12:00 - 1:30 p.m, Gary Couitt, vice president of customer care at Audible.com, will talk about the company's perspective on creating a "unique" customer experience and will share tips that apply to every business. Mr. Couitt has a master's degree in organizational management and over 23 years of experience in the contact center industry. He worked at AT&T for 18 years before joining Audible in 2006. He is a member of SOCAP, which is the global community of customer care experts, and the assistant division governor of marketing for Toastmasters.

Audible, Inc. is a subsidiary of Amazon.com, Inc. and is the leading provider of premium digital spoken audio information and entertainment on the Internet. Audible relocated from suburban Essex County to its current home at One Washington Park in 2007, allowing employees to travel to work by mass transit and making a commitment to the revitalization of the City of Newark.
