Event Description:
This year’s dinner will be a Celebration of GoNewark.com and the achievements through the Renaissance Newark Foundation (RNF) to promote Greater Newark. The proceeds of the reception and dinner will help to ensure that RNF has the resources to continue to collaborate on future projects that have a positive impact on the City of Newark. Since 2003, Renaissance Newark Foundation, the 501c3 affiliate of Newark Regional Business Partnership, has been the home for GoNewark.com and its goal of educating people about the advantages of Newark as a place to visit, locate a business and live. Originally designed in the late 1990’s as a single web site for “all things Newark”, GoNewark.com has evolved into the rallying cry for the City’s attractions and helped to serve as an inspiration behind the formation of the Greater Newark Convention and Visitors Bureau (GNCVB).
