Bill Graham, president of Graham Corporate Communications, will help you understand how to be your most likable and memorable self. Mr. Graham trained writers and gave daily story notes from 7,000 hours of the Procter & Gamble soap operas, Guiding Light, As the World Turns, and Another World. He helped make those complicated stories simple enough to create a memorable connection with the audience. At the same time, he was training actors to communicate their likability. Today, he uses those same tools to help professionals from sales teams to CEOs deliver their value.

Mr. Graham is on the faculties of Seton Hall University Communications Department, and the US Chamber of Commerce's Institute for Organizational Management. He regularly delivers workshops for Johns Hopkins University Technical Management program.
