E-mail is a cost effective way to stay in touch with your customers and clients. NRBP’s seminar in February covered the basics of what e-mail marketing is, why it works so well, and how to use it in your business to achieve specific goals. At this follow up session, Wendi Caplan-Carroll, regional development director for Constant Contact and an e-mail marketing expert, will talk about how to master e-mail communications and how to put e-mail marketing to work for you. Paul Gourhan, creative director for PMW.net will offer strategies on how to develop content for emails that once opened, will interest the reader and spur additional actions, whether to buy a product, service or learn about an issue.

Ms. Caplan-Carroll speaks regularly on the "Power of Email Marketing". Ms. Caplan-Carroll has over 25 years experience in marketing, business development and event marketing working for major media companies. As art director of PMW.net, Paul Gourhan’s attention is devoted to enabling businesses to successfully brand themselves through PMW – Print, Media and the Web. Mr. Gourhan’s goal is to help businesses create a consistent brand message, establish their market position and implement a strategy to help build business.
