Event Description:
John Giotta, Director of Sales and Marketing with BDE Computer Services will review the various ways a network can be attacked and the best ways to defend against intruders. Join NRBP on October 6 to learn what a firewall does and why it is important, how to defend against viruses and spyware, and what "bots" are and how to avoid them. In addition, learn how to defend against employee theft and vandalism, and the legal requirements needed for certain industries. After this session, you will have a better understanding of how to protect your computer network.

NRBP provides beverages and dessert; attendees bring a brown bag lunch. Bring plenty of busines cards and brochures to network with other business professionals.
