Event Description:
NRBP's Brown Bag Lunch is designed to provide members with a venue to network with one another while listening to speakers address issues that are timely, relevant, and engaging.

Essex County has adopted and is now enforcing mandatory recycling requirements as directed by the State of New Jersey. Essex County intends to meet the State's required level of 50% of municipal solid waste. What does this mean for your company?

Rob Teeter of Birdsall Services Group, Inc. will discuss what is required for commercial establishments and how to avoid costly fines for non-compliance. He will be joined by Brenda Anderson, acting recycling coordinator for the City of Newark to help you understand the new regulations, what they mean for your business, and how you can be part of this effort for a greener Newark and Essex County.
