NRBP and the Newark Real Estate Board are pleased to invite you to a presentation of a Draft Newark Downtown Framework Plan by Ms. Toni Griffin, director of community development, City of Newark. The presentation is designed to provide information and solicit comments about the opportunities and challenges to downtown revitalization and the urban design principles that should guide future development.
