NRBP’s Annual Real Estate Market Forecast will feature a report on the economy by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and highlights on commercial, industrial and retail real estate activity for the Newark region. A panel discussion will look at how retail and entertainment businesses in Washington D.C., Harlem and other cities are spurring revitalization and how these activities can be catalysts for development in Newark.
