Event Description:
At this Newark Insiders Forum, NRBP will hear from the City on the scope of this request for expressions of interest as well as from the Newark Housing Authority about their RFP to transform the Baxter Terrace public housing complex to mixed use development. In a panel discussion, speakers will talk about the potential to capitalize on the many assets of this section of downtown.

Speakers include: Kris Bauman, The Gale Real Estate Services Company; Cubie Dawson, Jones Lang LaSalle; Moshe Glick, Tucker Development Corporation; Keith Kinard, Newark Housing Authority; Stefan Pryor, City of Newark; and Gene Vincenti, Rutgers-Newark.
