Weysan Dun was appointed special agent in charge of the FBI Newark Division in October 2007. Mr. Dun was most recently special agent in charge for the Springfield division. When he began his career with the FBI in 1982, he specialized in national security matters, high technology theft investigations, violent crimes, terrorism and extremist matters. Since that time, he has served in a number of divisions including the FBI headquarters where he directed the creation of the program management and coordination unit in the organized crime/drug investigations branch.

On October 29, learn about the scope of the FBI’s operation in Newark, the division’s existing priorities and the ways in which the Newark division collaborates with other law enforcement agencies, as well as business and community groups, to protect American lives and fight crime.
